Booking Policies & Terms of Service
To respect the time of both our clients and our team members, we kindly ask all guests to arrive on time for their appointments.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be subject to a $10 late fee. Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late may forfeit their original appointment time and may need to reschedule based on availability.
We understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice. For same-day bookings, a minimum of 3 hours’ notice is required. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a $20 cancellation fee added to your next appointment.
Clients who miss an appointment without notice (“no-show”) will be charged a fee equal to 25% of the scheduled service, which will be added to their next visit. Future bookings may also require a non-refundable deposit equal to 25% of the requested service amount. Repeated missed appointments or no-shows may result in refusal of future booking privileges.
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your service, please notify us during your appointment or within 24 hours of your visit. We are committed to addressing any concerns and, when applicable, providing complimentary corrections for issues resulting from our service.
For your comfort and safety, please inform our staff of any allergies, medical conditions, physical limitations, disabilities, or pregnancy prior to your service. If you experience any discomfort or unusual symptoms during your treatment, please notify your technician immediately.
Our salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or any condition that may affect the safe performance of our services.
For the safety and comfort of all guests, children must be supervised at all times while in the salon. Unsupervised children are not permitted in service areas. In emergency situations, please ensure an additional caregiver is present to supervise children.
Please note that waxing services may cause temporary side effects, including but not limited to redness, swelling, tenderness, or skin sensitivity/removal. By receiving waxing services, clients acknowledge and accept these potential side effects and release the salon and technicians from liability related to such normal treatment reactions.
