Spadigo Web

Set up and manage your business online

Use the web dashboard to configure your business, publish online booking, and manage the big picture.

1

Set up your business account

  1. Sign in and open your account settings.
  2. Add your business name, contact email, and preferred language.
  3. Create each location where you provide services. Add the address, phone number, and opening hours.
  4. Save your changes before moving to services.

Tip: Accurate location hours are what Spadigo uses to present available booking times.

2

Add your team and availability

  1. Open Employees and add each staff member who can perform a service.
  2. Assign their location and weekly working hours.
  3. Add time off or date-specific schedule changes before sharing your booking link.
  4. Create a mobile user only for teammates who need app access.

Tip: Give staff access that matches their role; do not share one login across the team.

3

Create services customers can book

  1. Create a service category, such as Nails, Massage, or Facial.
  2. Add each service with its duration, price, and a clear customer-friendly description.
  3. Assign the employees who can deliver that service.
  4. Turn on online booking only for services you are ready to offer.

Tip: Start with your most requested services. You can add specialty options and add-ons later.

4

Publish and test your booking page

  1. Open your account overview and copy the online booking link.
  2. Open it in a private browser window, as if you were a new customer.
  3. Select a service, staff member, date, and time. Confirm the right slots appear.
  4. Share the link on your website, social profiles, Google Business Profile, and customer messages.

Tip: Run a test booking before promoting the link. Check the confirmation and calendar entry afterward.

5

Manage the day-to-day booking flow

  1. Use the calendar to review today’s appointments and any new online bookings.
  2. Open an appointment to update its time, staff member, notes, or status.
  3. Check customers in when they arrive and check them out after payment.
  4. Keep services, staff hours, and time off current so future availability stays accurate.

Tip: When you change a staff schedule, review upcoming appointments first to avoid surprises.

You are ready to launch

Before you announce online booking, make sure these essentials are complete:

  • At least one active location, employee, and bookable service
  • Correct business and staff hours
  • Your online booking link tested from a customer’s point of view
  • A clear cancellation or booking policy, if you use one

Spadigo Mobile

Give your team access on the go

Admins set up access on the web. Team members then use a one-time mobile login code to join the app on their own iPhone or Android device.

1

Create the team member on Web

  1. In the web dashboard, open Mobile Users and select New User.
  2. Add the person’s name, email, role, and time zone.
  3. For a staff role, link the employee profile and review the locations they are allowed to use.
  4. Save the user. Their mobile login code is ready from the Mobile Users list.

For admins: Link a staff user to the correct employee before handing them a code. That keeps mobile access aligned with their services and locations.

2

Install and sign in to Mobile

  1. Download Spadigo from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Open the app and choose the option to join your business.
  3. Enter the mobile login code provided by your admin.
  4. Allow the first sync to finish before creating or editing appointments.

Important: The code is single-use and rotates after sign-in. Keep it private and ask an admin for a new code if you need one.

3

Work from the mobile calendar

  1. Open the calendar and choose the location and date you need.
  2. Tap an appointment to review customer details, services, notes, and timing.
  3. Use the available appointment actions to update the booking as work progresses.
  4. After a change, keep the app open briefly so it can sync with the web dashboard and other signed-in devices.

Tip: Mobile shows only the locations your role is allowed to access.

4

Stay in sync and get help

  1. Use a stable internet connection whenever possible.
  2. If an update does not appear, refresh the view or close and reopen the app after confirming your connection.
  3. If you are replacing a phone, ask your admin to sign you out from the old device before joining on the new one.
  4. Keep the app updated to receive the latest fixes and features.

Google Maps & Search

Turn Google bookings on or off

Spadigo can show a Book button for your business on Google Maps and Google Search. You can stop Google bookings at any time.

  1. Sign in to the Spadigo web dashboard as an account admin.
  2. Open Account and go to the Google Bookings (Maps & Search) section.
  3. Switch off Allow customers to book through Google and select Save Google setting.

Your Book button is removed from Google within 5 business days. Until then, customers who use it can still book as usual. You can also request removal by emailing info@spadigo.com from your account email.

Quick answers

Frequently asked questions

Create or edit the service, make sure it is assigned to at least one employee with working hours, then enable its online-booking option. Open your booking link in a private browser window to confirm it appears.

Check these in order:

  1. Confirm the service is enabled for online booking.
  2. Confirm an assigned employee is working at that location at that time.
  3. Check for an existing appointment, time off, or a blocked period.
  4. Check the location hours and test the date on your public booking page again.

Open the calendar, choose the date and time, and create a new appointment. Select or create the customer, add the service and employee, then save. Review the time and details before confirming.

Open the appointment in Spadigo and use its edit or cancellation action. Whether customers can self-manage a booking depends on the booking link and policy you have configured; always communicate your cancellation policy clearly.

Go to Employees, create the staff profile, select their location, add their hours, and assign the services they can perform. Add a mobile user only when that person needs to sign in to the mobile app.

Yes. Set up the location and booking options that match how you work, then keep employee schedules and service availability current. Test the customer flow before publishing it.

Find the online booking link in your account overview. Copy it, then add it to your website, Instagram or Facebook profile, Google Business Profile, and SMS or email campaigns. Test the exact link after posting it.

An admin creates the user in Mobile Users on Web and gives them the current mobile login code. The team member installs Spadigo, chooses to join the business, enters the code, and waits for the first sync to complete. The code rotates after a successful sign-in.

Each mobile user can have one active mobile sign-in. Ask an admin to open Mobile Users, sign the user out from the old device, then provide the newly generated login code for the new phone.

Yes. Spadigo keeps booking, customer, and schedule changes synchronized between Web and Mobile. If something looks out of date, confirm your connection, refresh or reopen the app, and allow a moment for the sync to finish before contacting support.
