Appointment & Late Policy
To respect the time of both our clients and staff, please arrive on time.
• 10+ minutes late: $10 late fee may apply
• 15+ minutes late: Appointment may be forfeited and rescheduled
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand emergencies happen.
• 12 hours notice required for cancellations or rescheduling
• Late cancellation/reschedule (under 12 hours): 25% of service total
• No-show: 50% of service total
Refunds & Payments
• All sales and services are non-refundable once completed
• Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable for no-shows or late cancellations
Product Purchases
• All product sales are final
• Please inspect items before purchase
• No returns or exchanges due to hygiene and safety reasons
Health & Safety
For your comfort and safety, please inform your technician if you:
• Have allergies or sensitivities
• Have medical conditions or physical limitations
• Are pregnant
We reserve the right to refuse service if there are signs of:
• Infection
• Open wounds
• Unsuitable nail conditions
If you experience discomfort during your service, please notify your technician immediately.
Right to Refuse Service
Our salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who:
• Displays inappropriate behavior
• Appears intoxicated
• Has health conditions that may affect service safety or results
Children Policy
For safety reasons, children must be supervised at all times. Unsupervised children are not permitted in the salon.
Waxing Disclaimer
Waxing may cause temporary side effects such as redness, swelling, tenderness, or skin sensitivity. By receiving waxing services, you acknowledge these risks and release the salon and technicians from any liability.
Ingrown Nail Trim Policy & Disclaimer
Ingrown nail trimming is performed to help relieve pressure and discomfort only. This service is cosmetic in nature and is not a medical treatment.
By receiving this service, you acknowledge and agree that:
• This is not a medical service
• Results may vary
• Further care from a licensed medical professional may be required
Clients are required to sign a consent form prior to service. By signing, you release the salon and technicians from any claims or liability related to this service.
